Agreement Among Western Iowa Technical Community College, Northwest Area Education Agency and the Sioux City Community School District - Jean Peters RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors accepts the agreement among Western Iowa Technical Community College (WITCC), Northwest Area Education Agency (NWAEA) and the Sioux City Community School District (SCCSD) for the provision of a fifth year high school program on the WITCC campus. The responsibilities of each agency are outlined in the agreement
Resolution Directing the Sale of $33,375,000 School Infrastructure Sales, Services, and Use Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2014 - Gordon Winterlin Opening and considering sealed bids by the Superintendent of Schools, Secretary of the Board, and Financial Advisor for the School District and referring same to the Board of Directors. Consideration of sealed bids opened and reviewed by the Superintendent of Schools, Secretary of the Board, and the Financial Advisor. Resolution Directing the Sale. Resolution Authorizing the Redemption of Outstanding School Infrastructure Local Option Sales and Services Tax Revenue Bonds Dated December 1, 2006 and March 1, 2007. RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors approves the Resolution Directing the Sale of $33,375,000 School Infrastructure Sales, Services, and Use Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2014 based on the best and most favorable bid.
