			RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors approves the above Board policies for first reading.

		B.	District Middle Schools' Exploratory Classroom Projects - Brian Fahrendholz

			RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors approves the proposed plans, specifications, and estimated total cost of $250,000.00 for the District Middle Schools’ Exploratory Classroom Projects, set a public hearing date, and publish notice as required by law. A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m., local time, at the Educational Service Center, 627 4^th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, on the 13^th day of April, 2015. Plans and specifications may be reviewed in the Purchasing Manager’s office located at the same address.

		C.	District AFJROTC Classroom Project - Brian Fahrendholz

			RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors approves the proposed plans, specifications, and estimated total cost of $560,000.00 for the District AFJROTC Classroom Project, set a public hearing date, and publish notice as required by law. A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m., local time, at the Educational Service Center, 627 4^th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, on the 13^th day of April, 2015. Plans and specifications may be reviewed in the Purchasing Manager’s office located at the same address.

		D.	District's Asphalt Maintenance and Repair Projet - Brian Fahrendholz

			RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors approves the proposed plans, specifications, and estimated total cost of $175,000.00 for the District’s Asphalt Maintenance and Repair Project, set a public hearing date, and publish notice as required by law. A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m., local time, at the Educational Service Center, 627 4^th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, on the 13^th day of April, 2015. Plans and specifications may be reviewed in the Purchasing Manager’s office located at the same address.

		E.	Annual Roof Repairs, Maintenance, and Replacement Project - Brian Fahrendholz

			RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors approves the proposed plans, specifications, and estimated total cost of $525,000.00 for the District’s Annual Roof Repairs, Maintenance, and Replacement Project, set a public hearing date, and publish notice as required by law. A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m., local time, at the Educational Service Center, 627 4^th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, on the 13^th day of April, 2015. Plans and specifications may be reviewed in the Purchasing Manager’s office located at the same address.

		F.	Strategic Plan Update: Community Engagement - Alison Benson

			RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors acknowledges the District’s Strategic Plan Update on Community Engagement as presented.

		G.	FY16 Budgets - Sales Tax, PPEL, and General Funds and Property Tax Rate - Jodi Ryan

			RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors acknowledges the District's FY16 Budgets for Sales Tax, PPEL, and General Funds, and a comprehensive property tax rate of $15.77.
