Perpetual Right-of-Way Utility Easement with Long Lines, L.L.C. - Brian Fahrendholz RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors approves the perpetual rightof- way easement with Long Lines, L.L.C. for $1.00 at West Middle School for installation, operation, and maintenance of underground telecommunications fiber and wires to the West High Tower. A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. local time, at the Educational Service Center, 627 4th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, on the 25th of September 2017. Plans and specifications may be reviewed at the Purchasing Manager’s office located at the same address.
28E Agreement with the City of Sioux City for Developmental Services for Clark Early Childhood Center Trail Addition Project – Brian Fahrendholz RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors approves the 28E Agreement for Developmental Services between the Sioux City Community School District and the City of Sioux City to develop real estate located in the vicinity of 4315 Hamilton Boulevard, Sioux City, Iowa for the proposed Clark Early Childhood Center Trail Addition Project. A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. local time, at the Educational Service Center, 627 4th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, on the 25th day of September 2017.
