RECOMMENDATION:  That the Board of Directors approves the above Board policies for second and final reading. 

B.East High School Parking Lot Expansion Project – Brian Fahrendholz

RECOMMENDATION:  That the Board of Directors approves the proposed plans, specifications, and estimated cost of $305,000.00 for the East High School Parking Lot Expansion Project, set a public hearing date, and publish notice as required by law.

 

A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m., local time, at the Educational Service Center, 627 4th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, on the 25th day of March, 2019.  Plans and specifications may be reviewed in the Purchasing Manager’s office located at the same address.

C.Perpetual Underground Electrical Easement with MidAmerican Energy Company - Bryant Elementary School - Brian Fahrendholz

RECOMMENDATION:  That the Board of Directors approves a perpetual underground electrical easement with MidAmerican Energy Company for $1.00 at Bryant Elementary School for construction, operation, and maintenance of an underground electrical service for the new Bryant Elementary School.

 

A public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. local time, at the Educational Service Center, 627 4th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, on the 25th day of March, 2019.  Plans and specifications may be reviewed at the Purchasing Manager’s office located at the same address.

D.Perpetual Underground Electrical Easement with MidAmerican Energy Company – Nodland Elementary School - Brian Fahrendholz

RECOMMENDATION:  That the Board of Directors approves a perpetual underground electrical easement with MidAmerican Energy Company for $1.00 at Nodland Elementary School for construction, operation, and maintenance of an underground electrical service for the new Nodland Elementary School.

E.FY20 Budget – Final Review of All Funds - Patty Blankenship

That the Board of Directors acknowledges the information presented related to the FY20 budgets for all funds.  In addition, the Board of Directors allows for publication of the District’s FY20 budget and sets a hearing date of April 8, 2019.
