Items of Presentation, Discussion, and/or Action Payment of Long-Term Substitute Teachers’ Wages during Pandemic – Dr. Rita Vannatta That the Board of Directors approves payment for long-term substitute teachers that were previously assured of and working in long-term teaching assignments (six weeks or longer), from March 16-April 8, 2020, to be paid by the District. All long-term substitute teachers must make appropriate application through the Payroll Department to receive payment.

FY21 Annual Roof Repairs, Maintenance, and Replacement Projects - Brian Fahrendholz RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors accepts the low bid for Sunnyside Elementary School and Riverside Elementary School Phase 3 from Winkler Roofing Inc. of Sioux City, Iowa, and awards the contract in the amount of $303,500.00, and accepts the low bid for West Middle School from JR Roofing Inc. of Le Mars, Iowa, and awards the contract in the amount of $107,240.00 for a total awarded amount of $410,740.00.
