IV. Approval of Closed Session / Adjourn to Closed Session A. RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors go into a closed session to conduct a strategy meeting of a public employer concerning employees’ collective bargaining as provided in Section 20.17 (3) of the Iowa Code. B. RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors hold a closed session to discuss the purchase of particular real estate where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the Board and the School District would have to pay for that property, pursuant to section 21.5(1)(j) of the Iowa Code.
