RECOMMENDATION:  That the Board of Directors go into closed session to conduct a strategy meeting of a public employer concerning employees’ collective bargaining as provided in Section 20.17 (3) of the Iowa Code.

RECOMMENDATION:  That the Board of Directors enter into closed session as provided by Iowa Code Sections 21.5(1)(a) to review or discuss records which are required or authorized by law to be kept confidential and Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c) to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent.  The District’s legal counsel present for this session, either in person or by electronic means, is Katherine Beenken, Ahlers & Cooney, P.C.
