RECOMMENDATION:  That the Board of Directors go into a closed session to conduct a strategy meeting of a public employer concerning employees’ collective bargaining as provided in Section 20.17 (3) of the Iowa Code.  The District’s legal counsel present for this session, either in person or by electronic means, is Drew Bracken of Ahlers & Cooney, P.C.
