RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors go into a closed session to discuss
the sale of particular real estate where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected
to reduce the price the Board and the School District would receive for that property,
pursuant to section 21.5(1)(j) of the Iowa Code.
