Approval of Closed Session / Closed Session RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors go into a closed session to review or discuss records which are required or authorized by state or federal law to be kept confidential or to be kept confidential as a condition for the Board’s possession or receipt of federal funds. Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(a). V. Adjourn Closed Session / Return to Open Session VI. Items of Presentation, Discussion, and/or Action RECOMMENDATION: In the event final action is to be taken, that the Board consider a motion to resolve the matter discussed in closed session. VII.
