IT'S SEPTEMBER 11TH, 2023 AT 5 P.M., AND I HERE HEREBY CALL THIS SPECIAL MEETING TO ORDER.

SEANIECE, WOULD YOU PLEASE CALL THE ROLL? BOARD MEMBERS YOU HAVE AN AGENDA IN FRONT OF YOU FOR THIS AFTERNOON'S MEETING.

[III. Approval of Agenda]

IS THERE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE AGENDA? SO MOVED. SECOND.

WE HAVE A MOTION AND A SECOND TO APPROVE THE AGENDA.

ALL THOSE IN FAVOR SIGNIFY BY SAYING AYE.

[IV. Approval of Closed Session / Closed Session]

BOARD MEMBERS IT IS THE RECOMMENDATION THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS GO INTO A CLOSED SESSION TO EVALUATE THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY OF AN INDIVIDUAL WHOSE APPOINTMENT, H IRING, PERFORMANCE OR DISCHARGE IS BEING CONSIDERED WHEN NECESSARY TO PREVENT THE NEEDLESS AND IRREPARABLE INJURY TO THAT INDIVIDUAL'S REPUTATION, AND THAT INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS A CLOSED SESSION AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 21.51 I OF THE IOWA CODE.
