HE HAS 240 MINUTES OF THE DAY THAT ARE TO BE COVERED WITH A PARA, AND IT KEEPS BECOMING LAPSED TO WHERE THERE IS NO ADULT THERE WITH HIM.
INCIDENCES HAVE HAPPEN. OF COURSE, OBVIOUSLY, HE HAS AN IEP, AND THERE'S NEED FOR THIS ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIME.
EVERYBODY CAN AGREE WE HAVE SIGNED THIS CONTRACT.

I'M NOT SURE WHERE THE BALL IS DROPPING OR WHERE THE FAILURE IS, BUT IT'S A SAFETY ISSUE, ALSO.
IF YOU KNOW MY SON'S IMPULSIVE, YOU KNOW THINGS MAY HAPPEN IF SOMEONE'S NOT WATCHING HIM.
WHAT IF HE GETS REALLY HURT, OR WHAT IF SOMETHING GOD FORBID HAPPENS OUT ON THE PLAYGROUND BECAUSE EYES AREN'T ON HIM LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE.
THERE'S SO MANY ISSUES THAT CAN GO WRONG WITH LITTLE CHILDREN BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE ALL THE CONTROL OVER THEIR BIG EMOTIONS.
THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THEM ALL THE TIME.
THE WHOLE SHARED PARA THING, I UNDERSTAND THAT THE PARA POSITION IS NOT ALWAYS A PERMANENT THING AND IT ROTATES.

ALMOST ALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, SO MOVING FORWARD, I'LL BE MOVING TO MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL SINCE I'VE BEEN TO ALL THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS AT ONE POINT OR ANOTHER.
THEN I'LL CREATE A ROTATION IN TERMS OF MY OWN WORK, IN TERMS OF MY OWN VISITATIONS.
THE VISITATIONS ARE GENERALLY NOT NOTIFIED, I JUST GO.

THEY BELIEVE THEY HAVE THAT RIGHT NOW, BUT THEY'D HAVE TO APPLY FOR THE WAIVER BECAUSE THAT INDIVIDUALS FINISHING THEIR DEGREE.
THAT'S GOING TO BE THE ONLY HICCUP.
BUT RIGHT NOW, THERE IS NO FUNDING ATTACHED TO THIS AT ALL FOR THIS YEAR.
IF APPROVED AND THEY'RE ABLE TO GET THEIR TEACHER APPROVED BY THE STATE, MORE THAN LIKELY I WOULD BRING A PROPOSAL BACK TO THE BOARD BECAUSE WE DO HAVE ENOUGH IN OUR PRESCHOOL CARRYOVER TO SAY, HEY, THEIR OCTOBER ENROLLMENT OF THIS YEAR WAS 12 STUDENTS OR WHATEVER, WOULD YOU BE OKAY WITH HELPING FUND THEM FOR THIS YEAR BASED ON THAT AMOUNT WHEN THEY'RE NOT ACTUALLY GENERATING MONEY TILL NEXT YEAR? BUT THAT'S A WAYS AWAY YET.
